Oblivion, can it be any better?

I love Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion. LOVE it. I could not love it any more. So, I was sitting there playing it (just finished up the Dark Brotherhood quests!) and I began to wonder: Could this game be any better?

I had a really hard time coming up with faults, but here they are. Note this isn't a criticsm of the game, how can you criticize this game LMAO? This is me just saying some of the stuff that we may see better in the next game:

• Draw distance: The draw distance is already amazing, but you dont need to look far to see its limitations. The grass does pop into view relatively near the camera, which is evident when you come down hills. Take a look under water and you can see very far in the distance some very low res textures. Imagine, however, how much more immersive this would be if you couldn't see these draw distance effects? I think within the next generation or two of consoles we may get just that
• Stupid AI: Theres some cool things the AI does in Oblivion. NPCs talk to eachother and have semi-intelligent conversations. Get pursued by an enemy and drag it back to town and the guards will attack it and defend you (great way to kill enemies in quests that you cant beat yet lol). Theres other times that the AI is really stupid though. Walk up to any NPC that dislikes you and stand there, the NPC will spam "Go away!" or something similar instead of saying it once and walking away themselves. Approach an enemy camp and enrage the enemies there. They will fling themselves at you and, if you can position them just right, cause them to hurt and even attack eachother.
• Redundant dungeons: Theyve come a long way in making the tons of dungeons in this game look unique, but after youve been through a few you start noticing clear patterns to the rooms. Patterns that repeat over and over again. Its come a long way since Fatal Labrynth on the Genesis, but its still obvious when they do it.
• Stuck in walls: I've now had to reload previous saves because I've been stuck in walls or rocks or things and unable to free myself at least a dozen times. I just dont think this should happen any more.

Well theres my tiny gripes. The game is still amazeing, but we should see these things fixed by the next one^^
